I booked a double room for two nights. The room was quite clean. The location is perfect for exploring, as it is close to the metro. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially with luggage storage.
The walls could use some repainting.

i found the location to be very convenient. it is just a short walk to the underground station, so travelling around the area was simple. there are many shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were generally helpful.
my room was not very clean. the carpet had some stains and the walls looked to be marked. there was a strange smell in the room. i also found that i could not open the window.

the proximity to earl's court tube station made commuting easy. the reception staff was helpful, granting me early access to my room. i found several stores and restaurants in the immediate area convenient for quick meals.
i had to navigate several flights of stairs with heavy bags. this was particularly difficult after a long day of travel.
